Shipping & Payments
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, as well as payments through PayPal. Cheap Pete's Gift Cards are not accepted at this time for online orders.
Our return policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchased gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns for online purchases can be made at one of our stores or by mailing your product to 1555 Pacific Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109, Attn: Returns. Please include your order information in shipping box for proper processing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchased item, please contact us at within 30 days of purchase so we can prepare a replacement item. Upon confirmation of your exchange, send your item to: 1555 Pacific Ave San Francisco CA United States 94109.
You may also bring your defective or damaged item to one of our stores for exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Ordered items will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment.
Cheap Pete's warehouse operates out of San Francisco, California. All orders originate from the warehouse and shipping times vary by distance. UPS Ground deliveries for Online Store orders take between 1 to 6 business days to be delivered from day of order processing date, barring any unusual exception.

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
